At Psyquility, our mission is not only to change the way neurodiversity is treated but also how it is conceptualized throughout society. By integrating proven theoretical research into our software, we’re offering users the benefits of over 100 research papers, all seamlessly applied to support their growth. In doing so, we aim to empower neurodiverse individuals while shifting societal perceptions, fostering inclusion, and creating lasting change.

Tony Fraser brings extensive experience and a strong network across multiple industries, particularly in international business relations. As the ACT President of the Australia India Business Council, he plays a pivotal role in fostering global connections.

Zak Farag
Co-founder and CEO
Growing up between Egypt and the UK, Zak’s unconventional path shaped his passion for change. After leaving school at 15, where he was once described by his deputy head as "the most disruptive child I have come across in my 40 years of teaching", Zak had a year long period of homelessness. He knows first hand how traditional education and stigmatization can overlook incredible potential. Now, through Psyquility, Zak is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals, ensuring that those who think differently are given the support they need to thrive.
Jo Beat

Jo is a dynamic executive leader specializing in B2B & B2C marketing, digital transformation, and business growth across fintech, financial services, telecommunications, and more. With a proven track record of leveraging insights, analytics, and technology, she has driven market expansion, profitability, and paradigm shifts in startups, scale-ups, and established enterprises. Her expertise in brand strategy, product innovation, and high-performing marketing programs makes her an invaluable addition to Psyquility.
Yang is a full-stack developer with expertise in building scalable backend services and dynamic front-end applications. Nearing completion of his Master of Computing at ANU, he has experience developing robust RESTful APIs, optimizing front-end performance for SEO, and integrating data analytics tools. His background in Agile development and structured code reviews ensures efficient, high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and system functionality.
Tyler Binney
Co-founder and COO
California native with a bachelor's degree in astrophysics. Tyler has always been fascinated by complex systems and problem-solving. As COO of Psyquility, he applies his deep understanding of mathematical structures and interconnected systems to build a strong operational foundation for the company. His analytical mindset and passion for innovation help drive Psyquility’s mission to support neurodivergent individuals in their personal and professional growth.
Sarah Abelev
CRO
Sarah is a published researcher with a first-class honors degree in Psychology and Pharmacology and is currently pursuing her MD. With over five years of research experience and an h-index of 7, she brings deep expertise in psychological and pharmacological studies. As the founder of First Pass Research, she has led numerous research initiatives and played a key role in developing the psychological rationale behind Psyquility’s framework.
Andy Zhuang
Software Developer
Andy is a skilled software engineer and data analyst with a masters of computing at ANU, having specialized in Professional Computing and Machine Learning. With over three years of experience in software development, data analysis, and full-stack development, he brings expertise in building scalable, user-centric applications. His background in consulting and machine learning enables him to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that align with Psyquility’s mission.
